ISO 20000 is the international standard for Service Management. It specifies requirements for an organisation to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve a service management system (SMS).
The requirements specified in the standard include the planning, design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services to meet the service requirements and deliver value. It enables us to ensure our service management processes are aligned to the needs of the business and customers, whilst following international best practices.
Our Operations & Royalty Distribution's service management system (SMS) supports the management of the service lifecycle from data processing to royalty distribution, including the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of support services, which meet agreed requirements and deliver value for both our customers and users.
Our service management system has been approved and certified by Alcumus ISOQAR and is compliant with the requirements of ISO 20000-1:2018.
