The festival and conference will return in February, with Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard to take part in a headline keynote interview.
Now in its third year, the initiative supports Black music creators, industry professionals and executives.
Supported by PRS for Music and PRS Foundation, the competition gives new UK and Ireland-based acts the chance at a slot on one of the Festival’s main stages.
Winners of The New Voices Singing Competition will share in a prize fund of £7,000 and may receive performance slots at associated festivals.
This year’s virtual event will take place on 21 February, with AIM Sync Awards winners also set to be revealed.
Featuring re-imagined works by Dan Samsa, NikNak, Carmel Smickersgill and felix taylor, the EP will be released on 27 January.
With £2.5m already committed for this year, the new agreement will increase year-on-year funding which can be allocated to PRS Foundation from 2024.
Teams from across the music industry will take on a world-class obstacle course on Friday 15 September to raise money for Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy.
The artists will receive funding to perform at Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen from January 18 2023.
