Oasis take the top spot in a list of the biggest sellers of vinyl of the last 20 years, new figures have revealed.
The Mancunian brit pop band are both number one and two in the list with their era-defining albums, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? and Definitely Maybe, according to figures from the Official Charts Company.
Other important acts from the nineties to feature include the likes of Leftfield, Portishead and the Prodigy.
Radiohead’s King of Limbs from 2011 is the most recent release to be included.
Meanwhile, recent figures have shown that vinyl is going through something of a revival in the UK.
Current sales of the format have crossed the half a million mark for the first time in a decade, new BPI analysis has revealed.
