Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw

  1. To be eligible for and to enter the prize draw you must:
    i. be 18 years of age or over;
    ii. be a resident of the UK;
    iii. complete all the questions in the music and entertainment industry online survey and submit your completed survey, with your email address entered in the prize draw field, before 23:59 on . Entries received after this time will not be accepted; and
    iv. only enter the prize draw if you have been directly invited to participate in the prize draw.
  2. The survey is being conducted by YouGov plc of 50 Featherstone Street, London, EC1Y 8RT (“YouGov”) on behalf of PRS for Music Limited (“PRS for Music”) of Goldings House, 2 Hays Lane, London, SE1 2HB . The prize draw is being conducted by PRS for Music and YouGov (on behalf of PRS for Music).
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. The prize is a £100 Love2Shop voucher and there are 5 vouchers available to be won by 5 winners.
  5. The winners will be drawn randomly on the and will be notified by email (using the email address provided on entry) within 10 working days of the prize draw date.
  6. If a winner does not respond to PRS for Music within 7 days of being notified by PRS for Music; or rejects the prize; or the respective winner’s entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the respective winner’s prize will be forfeited and PRS for Music shall be entitled to select an alternative winner randomly.
  7. The prize will be sent to the winners by email within 7 days of their response to PRS for Music.
  8. PRS for Music will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  10. PRS for Music’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final.
  11. PRS for Music reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  12. PRS for Music reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  13. Under the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) requirements, PRS for Music must publish or make available information indicating that a valid prize award has taken place. To comply with this, PRS for Music will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone that emails membership@prsformusic.com. Please contact us at membership@prsformusic.com and dataprotection@prsformusic.com if you object to your information being made available in this way should you be a prize winner; however, please be aware that we will still be obligated to provide this information to the ASA if requested to do so.
  14. Any processing of your personal data that is collected in connection with the prize draw or through the online survey will be in accordance with the PRS for Music Privacy Notice which is available at prsformusic.com/privacy.
  15. Prize draw entries cannot be returned.
  16. Entrants release and hold harmless PRS for Music from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this prize draw to the extent permitted by law.
  17. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. PRS for Music reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  19. This prize draw is not open to employees of PRS for Music or their families.
  20. This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants of the prize draw agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
