PRS for Musics London Bridge HQ shortlisted for 2023 Design Week Award

PRS for Music office

PRS for Music’s London Bridge headquarters has been shortlisted for a 2023 Design Week Award in the Workplace Interiors category. Located inside the iconic riverside Hay’s Galleria, a Grade II listed building, the hub was officially opened by the Mayor of Southwark in 2021, with designers Ekho Studio appointed in 2022.

Working closely with Ekho, PRS for Music’s Facilities and Creative teams made music and the organisations’ talented songwriter and composer members a focal point of the new environment. Brought to life through textures, clever design, and captivating visuals, the space was intentionally pared back in its execution to allow the theme of music to permeate.

The collaborative workspace, comprising of 150 desks over 18,600 sq ft, brings together PRS for Music’s full team for the first time, having previously been located in two separate office locations across London - Kings Cross and Streatham. Sustainability is also at the heart of the design, with a high percentage of repurposed furniture used, UK-sourced materials, and energy use considerations throughout.

PRS for Music and Ekho Studio have been shortlisted alongside Dyson HQ in Singapore, co-working space, Clockwise Southampton, wellness space Hear+Now, and visual effects and design studio, Black Kite.
