Black Lives Matter statement

Despite our pledge two years ago to fully embrace inclusivity and diversity in everything we do, recent events have driven home that we must do more.

Our first response is to take steps to fully understand the different ways our employees and members experience life in our society. We must work together to understand what being anti-racist means and what sustainable steps are needed to tackle inequality in all its forms in our industry.

We will announce soon the initial steps we intend to take in a long-term campaign to make an all-inclusive future possible.
