- The Commercial Playlisting licence covers the copying rights, but to play music in your business, you’ll need a public performance licence from PPL PRS Ltd.
Alternatives to the Commercial Playlist Licence
You can still play the radio or TV with TheMusicLicence from PPL PRS in your business.
If you only stream the playlist, and do not download it to your electronic device, you do not need a commercial playlist licence.
