Years & Years, Coldplay and Jess Glynne are among the artists lined up for the special festive editions of Top of the Pops.
Hosted by Fearne Cotton and Reggie Yates, both shows, broadcast on Christmas Day (2-3pm) and New Year’s Day (11.55am - 12.55pm) will celebrate the most successful acts of 2015.
The Top of the Pops Christmas special feature performances from the likes of Coldplay, Jess Glynne, Years & Years, and Ellie Goulding, concluding with a live performance from the artist behind the 2015 Christmas number one.
Fearne and Reggie will return to the nation’s screens to get New Year’s Day with a review of 2015’s musical year in music. WSTRN, The Vaccines and Katy B are among the acts confirmed to appear.
Fearne Cotton said: ‘It wouldn’t be Christmas without Top of the Pops and I’m looking forward to hosting the festive show and the New Year special again this year alongside Reggie. This year promises to be as epic as ever.’
Reggie Yates added: ‘I’m so excited that Top of the Pops is back for another Christmas and New Year special - it’s always one of the highlights of my year.’
