Transgressive Management discovered Welsh 16-year old Jodie Marie and within a few weeks she found herself in London working with Bernard Butler. She has co-written tracks for her new album Moutain Echo with Ed Harcourt and has been playlisted on BBC Radio 2.

Viktoria Hansen

Danish-born Viktoria Hansen has written for many artists including Aggro Santos, The Saturdays and Cover Drive. Her song Candy, for Aggro Santos and Kimberly Wyatt, reached number five in the UK singles charts and stayed in the top 40 for 11 weeks. Her songs have also been featured on many major TV shows.

Universal Music Publishing
Duo Elena Tonra and Igor Haefeli first garnered the attention of Mumford & Sons’ Ben Lovett, who signed them to his Communion label. They've performed on The Late Show as part of BBC Radio London’s unsigned talent profile and will be part of HMV’s Next Big Thing tour.

Jeff Wootton played lead guitar in Gorillaz and was recruited by Liam Gallagher to play bass in his post-Oasis project Beady Eye. He's collaborated with members of The Verve and The Clash.. He is one of the founders of Manchester’s The Black Marquee.

An American musician, songwriter and producer Brian Burton came to prominence when he released The Grey Album, combining Jay-Z's The Black Album and The Beatles' White Album. He formed Gnarls Barkley with Cee Lo Green. He has recently co-written the new Black Keys album El Camino. He joins MCPS.

Iranian-born Nima Gorji grew up in Denmark with inspirations including his surroundings and a love of UK electronic bands. A successful DJ on the Ibiza and Copenhagan scenes, he won the 2010 Ibiza Resident DJ award. He spins worldwide and his sets mix old school music with his own new productions.

Warner/Chappell Music Publishing
North London’s Michael Kiwanuka started out as a session guitarist, working with the likes of Labrinth, before building a reputation for his retro soul voice. He won the BBC's Sound of 2012 poll, supported Adele and played at Hyde Park’s Hard Rock Calling last year.
