UK electronic label Warp Records is to celebrate its 25th anniversary with a series of events in Poland.

Hudson Mohawke, Rustie, Patten, Autechre and Battles will be among the imprint’s acts heading to Krakow in Poland to perform on 20 September as part of the anniversary knees up.

Warp25 will be hosted in collaboration with avant-garde collective Sacrum Profanum and see many of the artists debuting new material. The event at the Forum Hotel will be the only gig of 2014 for US act Battles and their first in almost three years.

On 19 September, the London Sinfonietta featuring Mira Calix will perform Warp Works and 20th Century Masters. This will be a series of interpretations of works by Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin, Mira Calix, Gyorgy Ligeti, Steve Reich, John Cage, Squarepusher, and others.

A statement from the label said: ‘On the occasion of Warp's silver anniversary, we're taking the opportunity to draw on twenty five years of groundbreaking art and music, uniting emerging mavericks and boundary-stretching masters in a celebration of what the next quarter-century holds for the label.’

Warp celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2009 with a series of events in London, Paris, New York, Tokyo, Berlin and the label’s birth place in Sheffield.
