Kate Alderton has been appointed as UK finance director of Warner/Chappell Music with immediate effect.
In her new role, Alderton will oversee all UK financial activity at the publisher and will report to Mike Lavin, the company’s European regional finance director, and Mike Smith, the UK managing director.
Alderton joined Warner/Chappell in 2012, serving first as financial controller and later as head of finance.
She joined the company from Deloitte, the audit, consulting, financial advisory and tax services company.
