UK Music has launched its annual economic survey for music creators, used to calculate the music sector's contribution to the UK economy in 2022.
The survey is open to anyone who is a full-time or part-time professional music creator, including artists, composers, songwriters, engineers and producers. The results will form a key part of UK Music’s annual economic report, This Is Music, to be published in autumn. Last year’s report can be read here.
Filling in the survey enters creators into a prize draw, with prizes including a £100 Amazon voucher, a £100 GAK music store voucher or a £100 PMT music store voucher.
As the collective voice for the UK music industry, UK Music represents all sectors of the business – bringing them together to collaborate, campaign, and champion music. As part of its work, UK Music aims to boost diversity, inclusion and intersectionality in the music industry through a data-driven approach and supporting its members’ initiatives.
