Tileyard Music appoints Neil Hughes as its managing director

Neil will join Tileyard Music’s co-founders Michael Harwood, Charlie Arme, Paul Kempe and Nick Keynes in growing the business into a leading independent music company worldwide.

Neil will join Tileyard Music’s co-founders Michael Harwood, Charlie Arme, Paul Kempe and Nick Keynes in growing the business into a leading independent music company worldwide.

Previously, Neil was the managing director at RCA where he led campaigns for acts like Pink, Paloma Faith, Justin Timberlake, Bring Me The Horizon, Koladine, Pharrell Williams, The Chainsmokers and Jeff Lynne’s ELO.

The campaigns he has worked on to date have been awarded 36 BRIT Awards and four Mercury Prizes as well as achieving 11 of the Top 100 best-selling UK singles of all time and eight of the Top 60 best-selling albums.

Neil joins a team that have reached more than eight billion streams since they formed six years ago.

The company counts Sigala, The Chainsmokers, Ella Eyre, Rundimental, Kygo and Sigma among their biggest successes.
