Jimmy Napes, Hozier and Ed Sheeran were among the winners at the 60th Ivor Novello Awards.
Jimmy Napes won two prizes for his song with Clean Bandit - Rather Be. The song picked up the prize for PRS for Music's Most Performed Work and Best Contemporary Song.
Hozier's Take Me To Church picked up the prize for Best Song Musically and Lyrically while Ed Sheeran received the gong for Songwriter of the Year.
Commenting, Simon Darlow, BASCA chairman, said: 'BASCA is delighted that in their 60th year The Ivors continue to celebrate the excellence of British and Irish songwriters and composers.
'From the BASCA Fellowship - the highest honour the Academy can bestow, to awards for works released last year, this year’s ceremony has represented a wonderful array of talent. Congratulations to everyone who has received an Ivor Novello Award today.'
