In this role Paul has authored over 60 TMT reports, including Deloitte's annual 'Predictions' series. Launched in 2010 in 58 countries, and generating over 3000 press hits, the 'Predictions' report covers a wide spectrum of industry trends, from linear television's longevity to 'green cement'. Paul also developed Deloitte's Digital Index, which measures adoption of digital products and services on a quarterly basis, and as a writer has had over 30 columns published in the Financial Times, and has written five books, including 'Convergence Conversations' and 'Digital Dilemmas'. Prior to working at Deloitte Research, Paul was a Director at Gartner Consulting, leading work in the communications sector.
