Songwriter Jimmy Napes and drum and bass producer Roni Size will be among the speakers at the Take Note music conference in London.
Taking place on 21 November in East London, the new event will feature a full day of talks, meetings and artist workshops aimed at aspiring music industry professionals.
Artist Roni Size, Resident Advisor co-founder Nick and the Sam Smith and Disclosure producer Jimmy Napes will be joined by Alistair Webber (A&R, Island Records), JJack Robinson (Founder of Dimensions, Outlook and Horizon Festivals) and Samuel Bailey (Senior Producer, Beats 1/ Apple Music) on the panels.
The Inspire Or Hire scheme will grant delegates face to face sessions with industry executives to pitch ideas, seek advice and apply for job positions. Companies including Hospital Records, Resident Advisor, Mixmag and Insanity Talent Management have made internships available as part of the day.
