The Stillery, a new music venue from the team behind the Old Blue Last and Birthdays, is to open in Camden.
According to the management, the new space will be spread across two floors and host a range of new bands and DJs.
The Old Blue Last and Birthdays have both developed reputations for featuring some of the most exciting artists from the UK and beyond.
Ross Allmark, events manager at the venues, said: ‘I guess the first thing is that we didn't want to open another bar in east London.
‘It really felt like sometime last year the whole area reached saturation point and people were just opening bars in east because that's the accepted logic. Customers have started to experience launch-fatigue.’
Located at 18 Kentish Road, the Stillery is set to open later this month. The new venue will operate a 'members only' policy after 11pm although membership is free and can be signed up for on the door.
