In the Album of the Year category, Lau, Treacherous Orchestra, Scott Wood Band, Peatbog Faeries and Mike Vass will compete against a further five shortlisters for the prize.
Elsewhere, Rura, Nae Plans, Treacherous Orchestra and Skippinish have made the Live Act of the Year shortlist while Andrew Waite, Fara, Gráinne Brady & Tina Jordan Rees, Innovation, League of Highland Gentlemen and Talisk feature in the Up and Coming Artist of the Year category.

The ceremony is organised by Hands up for Trad and will see 16 awards handed out to the best trad talent across Scotland.
Peatbog Faeries, Duncan Chrisholm and Cathy Ann MacPhee and Claire Hastings – BBC Radio Scotland’s Young Traditional Musician 2015 – are all confirmed to perform.
