Singer and songwriter Chris Difford has announced a new subscription service for his fans called Saturday Morning Music Club.
Every Saturday morning subscribers will get a download from Difford including a lead track, two B-sides,videos, photos, handwritten lyrics and notes.
Ivor winner Difford, who still fronts a revitalized Squeeze line-up as well as pursuing a solo career, describes the project as an attempt to give his fans the same feeling he had growing up, when he would rush down to the record shop on a Saturday morning. He said: ‘I’d love to bring that feeling back to buying music.’
