The festival opens on Friday 26 September with an audience with Wyatt, which coincides with the publication of his authorised biography by Marcus O'Dair.
A full day of events follow on Saturday 27 September, including audiences with Carla Bozulich and Paul Gilroy, plus talks by Angliss, Mark Fisher, David Keenan and Julian Henriques.
Blunt will perform Black Metal: A Reading on Sunday 28 September, while the closing concert, dubbed Mississippi Records On Tour, will feature acclaimed multi-instrumentalist Anderson and Earth cellist Goldston, alongside Brian Mumform's Dragging An Ox Through Water.
Jonny Trunk will be the festival’s resident DJ.
