The 27-year-old songwriting and production talent has been behind some of the biggest crossover tracks of the past 18 months, having also collaborated with Disclosure, Jessie Ware and Nile Rodgers.

Stay with Me, the track he co-wrote with Sam Smith, became a massive hit on both sides of the Atlantic earlier this year, and Napes has since hooked up with Mary J Blige for her upcoming release The London Sessions.

He will be interviewed by PRS for Music’s membership development director Myles Keller about his early breaks and rise to fame, the peaks and pitfalls so far, and his greatest influences.

The Q&A will take place in front of a live audience on 22 November at 4.45pm as part of The Ultimate Seminar at the University of Westminster, and attendees will be given the chance to put their questions to the songwriter.

The Ultimate Seminar's wider programme of sessions will see major label bosses, leading artist managers and A&R heads chair discussions on all aspects of the business, with the main objective to motivate and inspire young people.

Anyone aged 16 and over can attend. Registration is free but places are limited.
