Taking place on 18 November from 6pm, the evening comprises two panels; the first on how to develop a music project and the second on how to promote and earn money from a project.
The panels will be followed by a focused networking session with experienced composers and key organisations involved in the funding, commissioning and supporting of new classical works.
Panellists include composers Michael Price, Errollyn Wallen and Harry Escott, plus Manners McDade (management agency and publisher), David Abrahams (Incorporated Society of Musicians lawyer), Dominic Murcott (Trinity Laban Conservatoire), Naomi Belshaw (PRS for Music) and James Hannam (PRS for Music Foundation).
The event is free, but space is limited. To apply for a place, please visit http://www.southbankcentre.co.uk/whatson/the-composers-seminar-87806?dt=2014-11-18
