Naomi Belshaw, PRS for Music’s current classical account manager, joins the foundation as grants and programme manager, where she will manage flagship commissioning programmes such as New Music Biennial and Beyond Borders.

She will also lead on the charity’s new classical programmes that are launching in the coming months.

Elsewhere, industry fund manager Joe Frankland will become senior grants and programmes manager, replacing James Hannam who leaves to take up an academic role at Southampton Solent University.
