Acclaimed indie rockers Peace and Boxed In will be helping PRS for Music launch its new live music events series, PRS for Music Presents.
Taking place on October 27, the event will be the first in a number of exclusive live showcase the UK collecting society will be hosting at its offices.
Rockers Peace are BBC ‘Sound Of’ nominees who appeared in PRS for Music’s first ever cinema ad earlier on in the year.
Boxed In mix up a love for pop with krautrock and were supported by the PRS for Music Foundation’s Momentum Fund.
Paul Clements, PRS for Music’s commercial director, said: ‘We are extremely pleased to be able to finally open our doors and profile the outstanding musical talent we represent here at PRS for Music.
‘Music brings business to life and in turn our customers support and enable our members to keep on creating the music we love. These showcases provide music creators of all genres with a platform to share their talent - to be able to host these performances right on our doorstep is an absolute privilege.’
Showcases will be held in both Kings Cross and Steatham offices with forthcoming line-ups to be announced.
