The free event takes place on Sunday 19 April at 5pm at the city’s Tower of Song venue.
It will offer songwriters, composers and artists the chance to learn more about what PRS for Music does and provide a forum for West Midlands’ musicians to voice their opinions.
The session is hosted by PRS for Music education and outreach manager Andy Ellis and will kick off with the open forum.
At 6.30pm the DIY for Musicians panel, which features musicians Lobelia and Jess Morgan alongside Ellis, will discuss promotion, social media, live booking, funding and more.
Later, Lobelia and Jess Morgan will perform live.
