The Performing Right Society Annual General Meeting will be held on the afternoon of Thursday 26th May at the Millbank Media Centre in Westminster.
There will be speeches from Chairman Guy Fletcher and Chief Executive Robert Ashcroft, followed by the AGM Formal Business and Q&A.
Registration opens at 1.30pm and the AGM begins at 2.30pm.
