The AGM, which is open to associate and full members of PRS for Music, will include announcements of the newly elected directors and keynote speeches from the chairman and chief executive.
Members eligible to attend and vote will be contacted directly.
Any members wishing to nominate themselves for one of the two publisher-director posts or three writer-director positions available must submit a completed nomination form, signed by 10 full members. They also need to provide details of other directorships they hold, a biography and a recent picture.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on 19 February.
