Green Man Festival

Welcome to our latest playlist. This week we’re continuing our festival focus, this time taking in the musical highlights of the weekend’s Green Man event. Taking place in the lush surroundings of the Black Mountains, it’s celebrated for having one of the most beautiful of all the festival sites. Our playlist takes in some of the best acts from this year's great line up including the Pastels, Nathan Fake, Low, Steve Mason and Public Service Broadcasting.

Welcome to our latest M playlist. This week we’re continuing our festival focus, this time drawing on the musical highlights of this weekend’s Green Man event. Taking place in the lush surroundings of the Black Mountains, it’s celebrated for having one of the most beautiful of all the UK festival sites.

Previously the event’s line up has had a reputation for being twee and while there’s still an emphasis on more acoustic, lo-fi sounds, the likes of Fuck Buttons, Erol Alkan and Swans will be bringing a little more noise to proceedings.

It's happening right now but if like us, you're not lording it up in the Welsh valleys, you can sample some of our highlights from the event below. Our playlist includes the likes of Public Service Broadcasting, Nathan Fake, The Pastels and Steve Mason.
