Manchester five-piece PINS have signed a three-album publishing deal with Just Isn’t Music, Ninja Tune’s publishing arm.
After self-releasing their debut album, Girls Like Us in 2013, Bella Union signed the band for their follow-up, Wild Nights, which was recorded at the legendary Rancho de la Luna studio in California.
They received funding support from PRS for Music Foundation's Momentum Fund to create it, and it was released last June.
Since then, PINS have supported Sleater Kinney on the UK leg of their tour and have started work on their third record.
Today (2 June), guitarist Lois Macdonald will take part in Steve Lamacq’s Round Table music review live from 4.30pm on BBC Radio 6Music.
Then the band play a gig at the Manchester Free Trade Hall tomorrow (3 June), in celebration of the Sex Pistols live show there 40 years ago. It will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 6Music’s Radcliffe and Maconie show from 1pm.
