Young Guns Network (YGN)’s next panel and networking event will explore the power and potential of playlists as a tool in music promotion.
The session is curated by Sharon Matheson, YGN's community manager and business development manager at INgrooves, and will cover why playlisting has become so important and what the industry can do to maximise its potential.
Speakers include Elise Cobain, playlist, programming and curation manager of Filtr, Sony Music’s third-party playlist service.
Sam Lee, former Deezer music editor and founder of Songular Music consultancy, will join Cobain alongside Sammy Andrews, director of Entertainment Intelligence.
The event takes place on 12 July from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Fox Court, London WC1X 8HN.
Tickets, priced £5, are available from http://bitly.com/YGNMIX2P
YGN was created by 18 to 30-year-olds in the music industry to connect with like-minded professionals through exclusive events.
