Users can turn on Auto Shazam when they go out and it will create a playlist based on the music they are exposed to that evening.

Auto Shazam will also work in the background when users are watching TV or are at the cinema. All music matches then automatically go into the user’s collection and are listed by date.

These lists reflect the playlist of a user’s commute, road trip, or evening out, making it easy to go back and rediscover favorite moments, buy the music or TV content and get more information.

The new feature is available for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
