Mutya Keisha Siobhan (MKS), also known as the original line up of girl group the Sugababes, have announced details of a comeback gig and single.

The trio - Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhán Donaghy - will perform at London’s Scala on 1 August to mark their return to the music game.

News of the gig follows the announcement of debut single Flatlines from MKS earlier this week.

Sugababes originally formed back in 1998 but have gone through numerous incarnations over the years.

Rumours that the original line up were back together began circulating in 2012 before producer Dev Hynes uploaded a series of cover versions performed by the trio to the internet (including a cover of Kendrick Lamar’s Swimming Pools (Drank)) earlier this year.

Flatline will be released on 1 September, 2013 with news of an album expected at some stage soon.

Tickets go on sale for the Scala gig on 12 July at 9am and are available through Gigwise
