The Music Managers Forum (MMF) has announce the appointment of Annabella Coldrick as chief executive office (CEO) effective from 1 Jan 2016.

Current CEO Jon Webster will take on the role of president. Annabella joins the organisation having worked at government communications at BIS and as director of Policy and Research at the Design Council.

Commenting, Annabella said: ‘Music production and consumption is fast evolving in the digital age and it is imperative that the voices of managers and artists are heard and actively listened to by governments and the industry.

‘I’m really looking forward to taking up this challenge with Jon and the MMF team and to use my experience to further enhance MMF’s reputation as a critical partner in this debate.’

The new CEO will report to co-chairs Diane Wagg and Stephen Budd.

Earlier in the year, the MMF published Dissecting the Digital Dollar report calling for greater transparency surrounding digital revenue streams.
