has awarded Lucie Fuller of The Burnaby Arms in Bedford £5,000 to help improve the pub’s live music offering.
The Burnaby Arms was the winner of this year’s Music Makeover competition, an initiative from PRS for Music aimed at encouraging pubs to enhance facilities for hosting live music.
Last week, the pub unveiled the new sound equipment Lucie acquired at a special event on-site.
Speeches from PRS Chairman Guy Fletcher and Horace Trubridge from the Musicians’ Union praised the business and the work done by Lucie to make her establishment a hub for live music in the Bedford area.
