Ms Dynamite and AlunaGeorge to perform at MOBOs

Ms Dynamite, AlunaGeorge and Shy FX are among the acts performing at this year’s 18th anniversary MOBO Awards.

Ms Dynamite, AlunaGeorge and Shy FX are among the acts performing at this year’s 18th anniversary MOBO Awards.

Tine Tempah, Fuse ODG and Laura Mvula will also be performing at the event, which takes place at the newly opened SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland, on Saturday (19 October).

Wiley, Laura, Jahmene Douglas and Rudimental are among the acts competing for prizes including best album, best newcomer and the PRS for Music sponsored best song.

Four-time MOBO winner and legendary Urban music DJ Trevor Nelson MBE and fellow BBC 1Xtra DJ Sarah-Jane Crawford will be presenting this year’s awards.

The event will air live on BBC Three this Saturday from 21:00 and repeated on Sunday, BBC1 at 23:30.
