Synchronisation: Maximising Your Assets will cover the sync licensing process, sales and marketing, working with brands and expanding your reach internationally.

Confirmed speakers include Natasha Baldwin (group president, creative and marketing, Imagem), Ayla Owen (head of music, BBH London and TMR Black Sheep), Jonathan Tester (head of creative, Bucks Music) and Simon Anderson (director of publishing, Audio Network).

The event takes place on 21 October from 9.30am to 5pm in the PRS for Music boardroom, Berners Street, London, W1.

An MPA spokesperson said: ‘Synchronisation has never been a more important part of the music publishing business than right now. The marketplace is growing in terms of total spend available, but is also becoming ever more complex and competitive, with individual budgets and turnaround times under pressure.

‘So there has never been a better time to increase your knowledge of the synchronisation process from start to finish, from understanding the opportunities out there, through pitching and the deal itself, to making the most of your placement and the associated revenues and promotional opportunities.’

Cost

£60 (inc VAT) for MPA members, including corporate associates
£90 (inc VAT) for members of AIM, APRS, BASCA, BPI, MMF and MPG
£120 (inc VAT) for all others
