Anne Miller (Accorder), Roberto Neri (Eagle-I), Peter Thomas (Carlin) and David McGinnis (Mute Song) were chosen to join the board from a record number of 14 potential candidates.
They will sit alongside existing directors Nigel Elderton (Peermusic), Peter Cornish (Involved) and John Truelove (Truelove Music).
The association also cemented the appointment of Universal Music Publishing’s Jackie Always as its new chairman and celebrated the work of predecessor Chris Butler, who leaves the post after four years.
