Binker and Moses, Faith Child and Shakka are among the first winners to be announced for the MOBO Awards 2015.
An inaugural invite only event took place in London last night (27 October) and featured presentations of the MOBO Best Jazz, Best Gospel and Best R&B/Soul Act awards respectively.
The pre-show gala featured performances by Mica Paris, Omar, Dora Martin, Misha B, Courtney Pine CBE, Julia Biel, Faith Child and Annastasia Baker.
This year’s event, which will be the 20th in its history, takes place in Leeds on 4 November.
Krept and Konan lead with four nominations including Best Album while FKA twigs is the most nominated female with three nods.
Grime MC Wiley will be honoured with the first MOBO Paving The Way Award.
