The Music Managers’ Forum (MMF) and Featured Artist Coalition (FAC) have both added their voices to the Fair Play Fair Pay campaign.
The initiative, which has received support from the likes of PJ Harvey and Elvis Costello, has been launched to bring US law in line with the rest of the world and pay artists for plays of their music on terrestrial radio.
According to campaigners, the proposed Fair Play Fair Pay Act will ensure all radio platforms are forced to pay fair market value.
