Independent publisher Manners McDade has announced a new addition to its London based creative team.

Juste Surviliate has joined as creative assistant, working on sync, PR and label services alongside the company’s global creative manager Harriet Moss.

Surviliate joins the company from Berlin-based Agentur Grimm, where she worked on artist management for acts such as Nils Frahm, Jóhann Jóhannsson and Bedroom Community.

Manners McDade also recently launched Cognitive Shift Recordings in partnership with One Little Indian.

The contemporary classical label’s first album release, Roger Goula’s Overview Effect, recently premiered on VICE, The Independent, and BBC 6 Music Recommends.

Co-founder Catherine Manners said: ‘Germany is a growth market for us and we're delighted to welcome Juste to Manners McDade, especially as she is already so familiar with much of our catalogue.’
