Harriet Moss, global creative manager at boutique publisher Manners McDade, has been promoted to the role of managing director.

Moss takes up the post as the creative team expands to include new additions Jenna Fentimen as music and composer producer, and Clare Everson, creative and sync executive.

Fentimen joins from music supervision company Wake The Town to manage bespoke compositions, and Everson joins from Warner Music UK to manage sync briefs, licensing and the creative services company roster.

Catherine Manners, founder of Manners McDade, and Music Publishers Association (MPA) board member, said: ‘I never thought I would find someone who I could trust so implicitly with my business - but Harriet Moss is an extraordinary young woman and I’m incredibly proud of her.’

Moss’ new position builds on her previous role as global creative manager, where she oversaw the company’s creative strategy across sync, A&R and creative services worldwide since 2014.

The Manners McDade group of companies provide composer management, music publishing, sync and creative services, specialising in new classical and electronic music.

In 2016 Manners McDade also launched Cognitive Shift Recordings, a contemporary classical record label, in partnership with One Little Indian Records.
