The London School of Sound (LSS) is hosting a day dedicated to explaining music industry funding and how best to apply.
Taking place at the LSS offices on 17 June, the event will bring together experts from PRS for Music Foundation, Arts Council England (ACE) and AIM Small Business Start Up Loans.
Over the course of the day, attendees will discover how to write a successful business plan, the different funding packages available and how best to apply for them.
According to the LSS website, ‘this event is aimed at people of any age looking to start a business or grow an existing one: it could be a record label, a band, the next spotify, a management company ... ideally you should already have a plan and a brief description of your idea (the 'elevator pitch') which you can give to potential investors during the event.’
