Kobalt, Warp, Domino and Spotify join AIM digital music event

Top brass from Kobalt, Warp, The Orchard and Domino Records have been added to the line-up for AIM's upcoming Music Connected event.

The digital music conference, which takes place on 9 April at London’s Glaziers Hall, will feature panel discussions on streaming, social media, digital marketing and piracy.

Setting Up Your Record in the Streaming Age will explore promotional and commercial considerations and discuss strategies for releasing music in the streaming age.

Music Business Worldwide’s Tim Ingham will chair the session, which also includes Matt Riley (AWAL/Kobalt Label Services), Grant Bussinger (Warp Records), Zena White (The Other Hand) and Nicholas Rizzi (The Orchard).

Elsewhere, a digital marketing campaign case study presentation from Mute’s digital marketing manager Sarah Gasperi will outline the label’s 2014 campaign for Liars’ album Mess On a Mission.

Others lined up to speak include Chris Stoneman (Spotify) and Karim Fanous (Music Ally), industry analyst Mark Mulligan (Midia Research), Ben Rush (Audiolock) and AIM’s Charlie Phillips.
