Former UK Music chief executive Jo Dipple has joined Live Nation as senior vice president, public affairs.
The new role covers both Live Nation and Ticketmaster in the UK and overseas.
In June, Dipple stepped down from her position at UK Music following five years at the organisation.
During that time she was instrumental in laying the groundwork for the Live Music Act and has overseen successful campaigns to help support copyright and diversity in the music industry.
Prior to UK Music, Dipple was an advisor to the UK government and prime minister, working on two general election campaigns.
