Manchester singer songwriter Jane Weaver has signed a new deal with Heavenly Songs and Bucks Music Group.
The deal will include her latest The Silver Globe album as well as the publishing rights to Jane’s back catalogue such as The Fallen By Watchbird and Watchbird Alluminate LPs.
Martin Kelly, Heavenly Songs' managing director, said: ‘I've been a long standing fan of Jane's music since she worked with Doves many many moons ago and I'm made up to be working with her. The Silver Globe album has been one of my favourite records from the last year and really shows Jane hitting her stride.’
Sarah Liversedge Platz, A&R director at Bucks, added: ‘We have seen Jane perform some fantastic festivals this year, most notably Glastonbury Festival and Port Eliot Festival in Cornwall. Her performance is distinctive and her song writing markedly inspiring - we are excited to be working with her and Martin at Heavenly Songs once again’.
Jane is currently on tour around the UK and has recently begun work on a new album.
