Jamie Cullum, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, is supporting Learn to Play Day 2016.

Back for its fifth successive year, Learn to Play Day will take place 12 - 13 March 2016 with more than 12,000 free taster music lessons offered at more than 120 venues, schools and shops.

Jamie’s first number one record, Twentysomething, made him the UK’s biggest selling jazz act. He has since gone on to win numerous awards as well as take the helm of his now much-loved BBC Radio 2 programme.

The artist will be playing live later this year at the Cornbury and Larmer Tree festivals in the UK while his new album Interlude is out now.

Learn to Play Day is the perfect opportunity for people to find out more about playing a musical instrument, whether a complete beginner, or looking to return to playing.
