Titanic screen composer James Horner is the next artist to feature in the BAFTA Conversations with Screen Composers at the Royal Albert Hall.
Taking place at the Elgar Room at the famous venue on 29 April, the event is presented in association with PRS for Music and is the first of BAFTA’s 2015 conversations series.
James Horner will discuss his composition process and work from across his career for a 90 minutes session.
His work has been featured in more than 130 films and television productions including some of the most successful Hollywood blockbusters of the past 30 years.
Scores for the likes of Titanic, The Amazing Spider-Man, Avatar, Apollo 13 and Braveheart have earned him three BAFTA-nominations, two Academy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards while Titanic is the biggest selling instrumental score in history. The soundtrack has sold more than 27m copies worldwide.
