The follow up to Jake Bugg’s number one debut album has been named after producer Rick Rubin’s LA recording studio Shangri La where it was made.

A Shane Meadows-produced video for lead single What Doesn’t Kill You is now circulating online following the track’s first airplay on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show last night.

Speaking to Lowe about the album, Bugg said: ‘[The second album] came quick but, for me, music's what I do to get away from stuff. Even though it’s been crazy, when I have time to myself, it's me picking up my guitar…

‘I travelled lots and had some crazy experiences, so I had a lot to write about!’

Bugg embarks on a sold-out UK tour next month, including three dates at the Brixton Academy. Full dates below the video.
