Singer songwriters Jake Bugg and David Gray have been confirmed as performers at the Little Noise Sessions.
The artists will perform at the Union Chapel, Islington, on 22 and 23 October as part of learning disability charity Mencap’s Little Noise live sessions.
Curated by broadcaster and Mencap ambassador, Jo Whiley, the live gigs offer the chance to watch some of the UK’s best musical talents in London’s most intimate venues.
Jo said: ‘Mencap Little Noise Sessions are so special to me. As well as an opportunity to see big acts usually reserved for arenas in an intimate venue, the money raised helps Mencap provide vital services for people with a learning disability, their families and carers.
‘This is an issue close to my heart and I can’t thank the artists enough for giving people a chance to share their love of music whilst highlighting the issues faced every day by people with a learning disability - by supporting Little Noise, you really are changing lives.’
This year's Little Noise Sessions are exploring the theme of the first time, such as a first gig experience.
Tickets for both gigs go on sale Friday 3 October at 9am from the Mencap Little Noise Sessions website.
