IMS announces second wave of speakers

Boy George, Seymour Stein and Ministry of Sound’s Lohan Presencer have been added to the line-up for the International Music Summit 2014.

Boy George will form part of the discussion celebrating 20 years of the Wall of Sound record label, while industry veteran Stein will feature in a keynote interview with Pete Tong.

Presencer, chief executive of MoS, will open the summit with a State of the Nation keynote address.

They will join a roster of speakers who have already been annnounced, including Annie Mac, George Clinton and Steve Angello.

Organisers have also added a Frankie Knuckles tribute with David Morales, Pete Tong and Hector Romero.

The three-day electronic music and technology summit takes place from 21 to 23 May in venues across Ibiza.

PRS for Music’s dance music initiative Amplify was set up to encourage electronic producers and songwriters to register with the collecting society.
